CNC machined from 7075 T-6 Aluminium for maximum lifespan.
Our tooth profile has been refined to ensure minimal noise.
Large cutouts to keep the weight down, and prevent grass, mud and chain lube build-up.
We use a custom larger sealed cartridge bearing for maximum durability, easy replacement and less friction.

We are now on our 4th design version of these pulley wheels and have constantly refined these over the last three years.

The latest updates include :

• Thinner top wheel tooth for sharper shifting.
• Custom specified bearing for us by Enduro Bearings.
• Larger end caps with mechanical Labyrinth seal to hold bearings in place better and prevent grass build-up.
