Shipping costs & delivery times:

  • For International Deliveries, a quote will be arranged. Please contact us to discuss further.
  • All orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours. You will be notified once the parcel has been packed and shipped.
  • For orders placed on Public holidays or during the Christmas season, delivery times may vary.

Undeliverable Packages/Double Delivery

  • If a parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned back to our store. The package will then be rescheduled for delivery and you will be charged for a second delivery fee.
  • Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address and contact details on your order.
  • Crank Evolution will not be held responsible for missing parcels, should parcels be signed for at the delivery address provided.

Stock shortage or Extended Delivery Times

  • In the unlikely scenario that a product is out of stock, we will get in touch to arrange an alternative or notify you of estimated arrival.  
  • If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time, we will notify you of the delay and expected time of arrival.

Returns / Exchanges

  • Requests for returns must be logged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Item/s must be in a re-sellable condition.
  • Please request a return by contacting us with your order number, the details of the item/s in question, and an explanation of why you would like to return the item/s. We will get in touch and confirm the details.
  • Return requests will be approved at the discretion of Crank Evolution.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Except in the case of a defect, we will not accept returns of item/s that have been used after the 30 day period. See Warranty info.
  • Please ensure that the item/s are in the packaging that you received them in, and that you include the original order invoice. A separate box must be used to ship shoes/trainers back with the original box inside.

Incorrect/damaged/faulty goods

In the case of incorrect/damaged/faulty goods – your return will be refunded by way of credit or cash (refund back into the card that was used to make the purchase) to the value of the item & delivery fee given if this was the only item purchased. Please notify us of such products within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Please contact us with details about the incorrect/damaged/faulty product received, along with the barcode, or the description of how the product is faulty. Please ensure to keep all original packaging. We will ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you (subject to stock availability) or you will receive a full refund by way of credit or cash (refund back into the card used to make the purchase).

Please note that all customer requests to be refunded will have a 5% handling fee deducted for wasted costs (Banking Cost/Settlement Cost/Refund Cost/Shipping Cost).
